Is my accounting data safe?+
We host in the EU (Hetzner, Germany) and encrypt all OAuth tokens with AES-256. Only you can access your accounting — you can disconnect the integration anytime.
What if the OCR makes a mistake?+
Every invoice goes through your review by default — fix anything you need, then click Confirm. Auto-sync can be enabled in settings for the whole inbound address — the invoice then goes straight to accounting without your review.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes — cancel anytime from the web, no notice period. The free tier (5 invoices/month) stays free forever.
Does it work with handwritten or poorly scanned invoices?+
Usually yes — the AI handles tilted photos and lower quality. For genuinely unreadable fields, it'd rather leave them blank than guess; you fill them in during review.
How do I set up forwarding in Gmail or Seznam?+
In Gmail: Settings → Filters and blocked addresses → Create filter → Forward to your @mail.fakturqa.com address. Seznam is similar via filters. Detailed guides are being added to the help section.
What happens if I exceed my plan limit?+
We'll notify you at 80% and 100% usage. After the limit, new invoices wait until next month — no surprise charges.
Do you support Pohoda, Money S3 or Premier?+
We currently support iDoklad, Fakturoid and Flexibee. Pohoda is on the roadmap. If you need a different integration, email us at info@fakturqa.com.
